Q: I want to sign up for a subscription! Are there any extra fees?

A: There is a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $8 for Subscription Boxes.

**If your shipping address is in a state in which we operate, sales tax will be applied to your order.**

Q:I just signed up! What happens next?
A: An Order Confirmation will emailed to your email address on file. It will have an estimated ship date so you’ll know to keep an eye out for your first box. While you wait, check out our Shop, which is stocked with our products so you’ll have an idea of what’s in store!

Q: Can I customize my boxes?
A: No. Each month boxes are curated on a monthly theme. Each month is different.
** If there is a product type you absolutely do not use, please contact us VIA email or leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you **

Q: If I change my mind, can I cancel?
A: Yes. Monthly Re-billable Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 5 days before the next billing cycle.
3 Month Subscriptions must be cancelled within the first subscription month at least 5 days before the next billing cycle. .

Q: Can I shop with Scently Box if i'm not a subscriber?
A: Absolutely! Each month after the subscription box period closes our shop will be updated with new products. So if you miss the opportunity to order your box for the month you can still shop for the included items and specials.

Q: Is Scently Box available outside the US?
A: No. At this time Scently Box only ships within the United States. We hate extra fees and extreme shipping costs and never want to pass that off to our customers, so are working diligently to provide a cost effective solution to this.

Q: When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?
A: If you subscribe on a monthly basis, you’ll pay for your first box when you place the order. Starting with your second box, you’ll be on a regular monthly billing and shipping cycle. When you subscribe on a 3 Month basis, you’ll pay for your full subscription up-front and won’t see any monthly charges.

Q: What forms of payment can I use?
A: We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards, or debit cards as payment for re billable subscription orders. W do not able to accept checks, money orders, gift cards, or PayPal, or link routing numbers to your account.

Q: I’m ready to place an order. When will I be charged?
A: You’ll be billed as soon as your order is placed. From there, we’ll be in touch via email with tracking information as soon as your products are on the way!

Q: My package is delayed by USPS can I receive a refund?

A: Unfortunately no. We do not control delays by USPS due to weather etc.. and are not responsible for refunds do to shipping delays.

Q: What is your promotion code policy?
A: Only one promotional code can be applied to each order.

Q: Do I have to sign for my Scently Box?
A: No. Subscription boxes are shipped via USPS.

Q: I just placed an order! When will it ship?
A: Shop orders will ship within 2 business days of being placed for all in-stock items. Subscriptions ship on or about the 20th of every month. We’ll email your tracking info over as soon as your order is ready to ship!

Q: Will my Scently Box fit in my mailbox?
A: Yes! Our standard box measures 8" X 6" X 3"

Shop order shipment boxes will vary in size dependent on how many products are ordered.

Return Policy

Q: Can I return my shop order?
A: Yes. We want you to be always be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order you may return your unopened/original sealed purchase within 10 days of receipt. Return shipping is at the customers expense.

Q; Can I return my Scently Box Subscription?
A: Scently Boxes are nonrefundable and are ineligible for returns.
